With over two decades in technology and customer experience, Steve began his career as a developer at SAP before moving into leadership roles at some of the largest software and technology companies, including Salesforce and Oracle. His background gives him a unique perspective on enterprise transformation and customer-centric innovation. His mission is to make customer service more intelligent, efficient, and human through generative AI. In 2023, he launched POWERCONNECT.AI to bridge the gap between customers and agents — creating real-time intelligence that helps utilities deliver faster, more personalized service. In February 2025, POWERCONNECT.AI was acquired by BHC Global, and Steve remains fully committed to the company’s mission, continuing to help one utility at a time modernize how customer service gets done.

With more than a decade of experience in payment technology, David joined InvoiceCloud in 2020 and is now AVP of Alliances where he is responsible for strategic partnerships across InvoiceCloud and Payment Service Network (PSN). David leads a dedicated team focused on managing Mid-Market Alliances and Partnerships who focus on driving growth and onboarding initiatives through a channel that drives over 80% of business through a highly effective partner referral model. Prior to his tenure at InvoiceCloud, David held various positions at Fiserv, where he took on leadership roles overseeing teams dedicated to client services and partnerships.

Barry has worked in the IT field for over 37 years holding a wide range of technology leadership positions in the public and private sectors and was most recently the CIO for Chesterfield County, Virginia where he pursues initiatives based on digital transformation, open government, and citizen centricity. Under his leadership Chesterfield County Va was four times recognized as the #1 digital county in the USA. Barry holds a masters degree in public leadership with a minor in economics from Virginia State University and a bachelors degree in computer science from DeVry University. He has been adjunct faculty for Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently adjunct faculty for the Public Technology Institute in the certified government CIO program. Barry has been an active NACo contributor, a gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia elections security standards workgroup and a two-time president of the Virginia Local Government IT Executives (VALGITE) organization. He is a certified government CIO (CGCIO), a certified information security manager (CISM) and a national top 25 Doer, Dreamer & Driver. He likes to teach, research technology, write code and blog about technology leadership from his home in Moseley, Virginia.
