In this fast-paced digital era, constituents expect more, and they want it now. They crave experiences that are seamless, intuitive, and immediate. They want you to anticipate their needs, offer personalized solutions, and deliver them at lightning-fast speed. This is the new standard, even for utilities and local governments. A great first step in this direction is the modernization of billing and payments. Consider your most frequent interaction with the average resident – while there may be outlier instances of communication, monthly billing is likely the only consistent touchpoint.

Join Government Technology and InvoiceCloud for a live webinar on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET to explore how your organization can boost constituent satisfaction with intuitive payment solutions. You'll hear from Jennifer Evans, Director of Finance at the City of Nixa, Missouri, as she shares how her team reduced call volumes, increased online payment adoption and boosted resident satisfaction by making strategic upgrades to her billing and payment systems.

In this webinar, you'll learn:

  • How to identify and address the pain points in your current billing and payment processes
  • How to implement a modern, user-friendly payment system that meets the needs of today's constituents
  • How to leverage technology to improve communication and engagement with constituents
