March 25

Watch Now

Modernizing health IT systems is critical to meeting changing beneficiary needs and user preferences in the digital age — enabling greater flexibility, efficiency and interoperability within and across Medicaid and health and human services programs.

There is no one-size-fits all approach to modernization, leaving states with both the autonomy and challenge of pursuing the best path toward the outcomes they want to achieve.

In this session, we’ll explore various options available to states in upgrading their IT infrastructures. We’ll also cover best practices for creating and executing a successful IT roadmap, from defining your approach to ensuring alignment across all key stakeholders. Expect to learn:

  • Different modernization methods — including modularization and modernization in place — and the benefits and considerations of each
  • The questions to ask and steps to take to implement a balanced, sustainable approach rooted in business objectives and outcomes
  • When, where and how to involve stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure collective alignment toward your goals

Join us March 25th at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET to learn about the many paths to modernization.
